Darang

Darang is a story about a girl named Akemi who in her desire to fulfill her longing for Elmo found herself trapped in a prison of her own making. Until she met Samuel who has so much resemblance with Elmo. From the time Samuel lives with her as a boarder, her sexual urges intensely awakened believing that Samuel can take the place of her long lost sweetheart Elmo, who has a brush with the law and gets killed in a shoot-out when they were escaping with the looted money. Will Akemi be drawn to the heat of her desire or will she defy all odds just to be with the man she longs for?
This movie is directed by Lucas Mercado of Libido.

Dream is a segment of the Thai romantic comedy film 4 Romances. It stars Witwisit Hiranyawongkul of The Love of Siam.
The story involves a little girl, Ton Kheaw, who is so obsessed with the boy-band August, that she becomes lost in a vivid dream world, where she takes part in a magical adventure with the band. August to lead by Pichy has made a deal with the Devil Black Cat. Like Robert Johnson at the Crossroads, they sold their souls. In human form, the Black Cat named "Mr. Bird". August wants out of the deal and the only key to survive is at Tong Khaew. The band members transform into cartoon animal beings, and Tong Khaew becomes a wide-eyed anime little girl. They'd tried to escape from the black Cat and beat it up. They went back to being a human.

Gordon tops UP mock polls

Bagumbayan presidential candidate Senator Richard Gordon topped the list of presidentiables in a mock polls conducted among University of the Philippines (UP) Mass Communication students last February 24, it was revealed Tuesday.

The mock polls were conducted by the UP Department of Journalism among the students of the College of Mass Communication (CMC) in UP Diliman. Of the total voting population of 1,086, only 370 or 34.07 percent of CMC students participated in the mock polls.

Gordon got 37.57 percent of the total votes, followed by Lakas-Kampi-CMD standard-bearer former Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro (28.92 percent), Liberal Party’s Senator Benigno Aquino III (12.97 percent), Nacionalista Party’s Manuel Villar Jr. (10 percent), independent candidate Nicanor Perlas (4.05 percent), Bangon Pilipinas’ Bro. Eddie Villanueva (1.35 percent), independent presidentiable Senator Jamby Madrigal (0.81 percent), and Pwersa ng Masang Pilipino bet former President Joseph Estrada (0.27 percent).

Meanwhile, KBL bet financial consultant Vetallano Acosta and Ang Kapatiran Party presidentiable Olongapo City Councilor JC delos Reyes did not get any vote.

Krys tries to control Joef's last day and birthday celebration as he attempts to stop him from his plans. But will Krys be able to stop the guy he likes from leaving? One of the leading actors in this movie is our very own Charles Delgado, Mr. Sensation Hunk of August 2009.

"Ang Lihim ni Antonio" (English: Antonio's Secret) is a 2008 indie film by Filipino film director Joselito Altejeros. It tells the story about teenage boy whose emerging gay sexuality alienates him from his friends and family, until his libertine uncle, Jonbert (Josh Ivan Morales), comes to live with him and his mother. Antonio thinks he has found a kindred spirit, until the older man's intentions toward the boy become incestuous and an act of unthinkable violence leaves the family reeling.
